So watch Masala Trails & learn how to make Crab Sukha Fry at home only on Get Curried. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />- 7-8 dry red chillies <br />- a ball of tamarind <br />- 1 inch of ginger <br />- 6-8 garlic pods <br />- 2 tsp of coriander seeds <br />- 2 tsp of cumin seeds <br />- ½ tsp of turmeric <br />- water <br />- 1 cup of freshly dessicated coconut <br />- oil <br />- few curry leaves <br />- 2 medium sized chopped onions <br />- salt to taste <br />- 2 crabs <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Grind together - dry red chillies, tamarind, ginger, garlic pods, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and turmeric <br />- Add water and mix it together and grind again <br />- Add freshly dessicated coconut and grind again. <br />- Add water again and grind it into a course mixture <br />- Let the masala rest for few minutes <br />- In a pan heat oil and add curry leaves and onion, also add some salt and let the onions cook until they turn light golden in colour <br />- Add the masala and keep stirring and add little water and cook for 2-4 minutes <br />- Add crabs to the masala <br />- Add water and keep stirring <br />- Cook on high flame and keep stirring <br />- Crab Sukha Fry is ready to be serve.
